I am also often seen at the World Stage Anansi Writers' Workshop, which is held every Wednesday night, 7:30 PM at 4344 Degnan Boulevard in LA's Leimert Park. Hannibal regularly contributes to the workshop and sometimes reads in the open mic.

In addition, Hannibal is a certified karaoke junkie, winning eighth place in the 2003 Hollywood Karaoke Contest (beating twelve other singers).
